Asconi Announces Preliminary Case
Sales for 2004

ORLANDO, Fla., Dec. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Asconi Corporation
(Amex: ACD - News), an
Eastern European producer of wines and spirits, today released preliminary
case sales for 2004 fiscal year ending December 31, 2004.
Asconi expects the total 2004 case sales to be approximately 1,920,000
equivalent cases of wine*, an increase of 280,000, or 17% from 1,640,000
equivalent cases sold during fiscal 2003.
* Asconi packages its wines in containers of various sizes. All
quantities have been recomputed to the "equivalent case"
measure. An equivalent case contains 12 bottles of 750 ml each.
