Amex to Postpone Delisting Hearing

ORLANDO, Fla., June 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Asconi Corporation (Amex: ACD) today announced that the American Stock Exchange (Amex) has postponed the oral hearing in connection with the Company's appeal of the Amex staff's determination to delist the Company's securities from the Amex. No specific date for a new hearing date has been set. Although there is no assurance, the Company anticipates filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB for the period ended March 31, 2004 to occur on or about June 30, 2004.
